...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 4 PM EST TUESDAY...
* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected.
* WHERE...New Hampshire, southwest and western Maine.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 4 PM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and scattered power outages may
result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Isolated gusts up to 55 mph are possible,
especially Tuesday morning into midday.

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.

...DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS EXPECTED TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY...
.A bitterly cold air mass will blast through New England tonight
into Tuesday. Air temperatures falling to near 0 degrees combined
with very gusty winds are expected to lead to dangerously cold wind
chills for a time Tuesday morning in our northernmost zones. Very
cold wind chills are also expected just south of the mountains and
into the foothills over the same time frame.
...WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 11 AM EST TUESDAY...
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 25
below zero.
* WHERE...In New Hampshire, Northern Carroll and Northern Grafton
Counties. In Maine, Southern Somerset, Southern Franklin and
Southern Oxford Counties.
* WHEN...From 2 AM to 11 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The very cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
